Richard Croft
Chairman
Richard Croft is the Executive Chairman of M7 Real Estate (M7), a leading pan-European real estate investment manager with over 230 employees in 15 countries & territories across Europe, The Middle East & Asia. M7 currently manages over 600 assets with a value of circa €5.9 billion.
Richard is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and capital raising and leads the real estate fund management function. In this capacity, he sits on the GP board and investment committees of all M7’s funds in addition to numerous other M7 JV boards.
Richard has been involved in over €15 billion of transactions across the UK and Europe during his 30+ years of real estate experience.
In addition to his duties at M7, Richard is Chairman of the CSF Group, a Non-Executive Director of IPSX (the International Property Securities Exchange) and sits on the board of The Red Cat Pub Company, The Pinnacle Group and The Chicken Shed Theatre Trust and is a benefactor of The Red Rose Theatre Company.
He is a regular speaker at conferences covering real estate and economic topics.
Richard’s extensive business expertise offers the CSF Group and its portfolio of investor brands, big-picture counsel and assists with investor funding when required.
